This package includes a Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, and a Healthcare Surrogate. With these documents you can dictate how you want your assets to be distributed and who should control your assets should something happen to you.
Trust Package
$850
This package includes all the documents within the Last Will and Testament Package as well as a Trust Agreement tailored to your needs. This package also includes drafting of any deeds needed to transfer property into your new Trust Agreement.

Meet Our Staff
Victor A. Blasucci, Esq., M.A.
Attorney and Founder Victor Blasucci was born and raised in Naples, FL and attended Ave Maria School of Law for his Juris Doctorate. Prior to attending law school he obtained his B.A and M.A. in U.S. History from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Vic practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Financial Advisory, Probate Administration, and Trust Administration. Prior to becoming a lawyer he also worked in these practice areas for five years and boasts a wealth of knowledge to assist you in any of your legal needs with a decade of legal experience.
Outside of the office Vic is a avid member of the local community, holding board positions on the Lee County Environmental Society, Lee County Historical Society, and the local chapter of the American Historical Association. In addition to serving in various positions to help his local community, his likes to spend the rest of his time with his wife, family, and friends.
Bianca A. Stark, Paralegal/Office Manager
Bianca Stark was born and raised in Naples, FL and attended Gulf Coast High School. Prior to working in the legal field she worked as a manager of several Aldi grocery stores throughout southwest Florida.
Bianca assists in the practice areas of Estate Planning, Financial Advisory, Probate Administration, and Trust Administration. Prior to joining the firm Bianca spent years working in these practice areas for other firms.
Outside of the office Bianca is enjoys spending her time with her family and friends engaging in community events. A proud supporter of local businesses she often brings her friends and family to events sponsored by these businesses to contribute to the thriving local economy.
Carmina B. Berzatto, Paralegal
Carmina Berzatto is also a Naples native and attended Barron Collier High School. She decided to continue her education locally, obtaining a B.A. in English Literature from Florida Gulf Coast University. Following her graduation she spent several years in real estate sales and marketing.
Carmina has been exclusively working in the legal field since 2020 assisting in the practice areas of real estate, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
Away from work Carmina enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats. Regularly she donates her time and energy outside of work assisting in animal rescue, a passion she has had since high school. From 2010 to present she has helped facilitate the adoption of thousands of animals and hopes to save thousands more.
Taylor S. Alwyn, Paralegal
Taylor Alwyn grew up in Naples, FL attending and graduating from Naples High School. She later attended Florida Gulf Coast University obtaining a B.A. in Legal Studies.
Taylor has been working in the practice areas of Probate and Trust Administration for over a decade administering thousands of estates and trusts throughout that period. With her expertise, she can help assist you through the difficult period after the passing of your loved one making the process as manageable and efficient as possible.
Taylor spends her time away from the office embracing her other passion, travel. Kara loves to experience new cultures, food, and landscapes, taking yearly trips both nationally and internationally. Currently she is planning a trip to Europe specifically to learn about French cuisine.
Thomas Roy was born and raised in St. Paul, MN and attended the University of Minnesota obtaining a B.S. in Finance. Following his schooling Thomas moved to Naples in 2020 and began working in the legal field focusing in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Trust Administration.
In 2023 Thomas gained his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and shifted his focus to Financial Advisory. Prior to this shift, he was managed estates and trusts valuing between $750,000.00 to $7,000,000.00 and he will have no problem assisting you in your financial advisory needs.
An avid golfer, Thomas often is on the golf course or watching golf. Through this passion Thomas has had the opportunity to golf at some of the world’s most famous courses including The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom, home frequently of the Open Championship.

Dale's commitment to excellence began at the United States Naval Academy, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship. This rigorous program laid the foundation for Dale's strategic thinking and instilled in him the discipline that would shape his future endeavors.
Building on his entrepreneurial roots, Dale pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Texas School of Law, graduating in 2023. This academic journey equipped him with the legal acumen required to navigate the complex landscapes of real estate and estate planning.
With over five years of hands-on experience, Dale has honed his skills as a legal practitioner in the specialized fields of real estate and estate planning. His keen understanding of the legal intricacies in these areas has made him a trusted advisor for clients seeking guidance in safeguarding their assets and navigating the nuances of property transactions.
While Dale thrives in the legal world, his heart finds joy in other pursuits. A true enthusiast of live music, Dale is often found strumming his guitar or enjoying the diverse sounds of various genres. His passion for music provides a creative outlet that complements the analytical nature of his legal work.
